Boarding Information
At Zaine’s Stay & Play, boarding is designed to feel safe, personal, and comfortable — never overcrowded or overwhelming. Each dog receives individual care, supervised outdoor time, and a clean, cozy space to relax during their stay.
Before Booking
For safety, we are not able to accept dogs with severe separation anxiety, aggressive behavior, a history of biting people or other animals, or dogs who are unable to settle safely in a boarding environment.
We carefully supervise dogs and manage each stay based on the dog’s comfort level, temperament, and needs. If your dog does not socialize well with other dogs, please let us know in advance so we can plan their playtime and attention appropriately.
Honest information helps us keep every dog safe. If important health or behavior information is withheld, the owner or emergency contact may be required to pick up the dog, and the stay will still be charged in full.
Every reservation must include a reliable local emergency contact who is available while you are away. We hope they are never needed, but having someone prepared to make timely decisions or pick up your dog if necessary helps us respond quickly and protect every guest’s safety. Please make sure your emergency contact knows they have been listed and that their information is current in the pet portal.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are made through our pet portal
$50 per night + tax
$10 discount per night for each additional dog
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your dog’s stay.
The deposit is applied toward your dog's boarding balance.
Remaining balance is due before or at drop-off.
Because we maintain a limited number of boarding suites and may decline other booking requests once dates are reserved, deposits are non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, management may choose to transfer a deposit to a future stay at its discretion.
Drop-off & Pickup
Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only.
We will contact you before your dog's stay to coordinate arrival and departure times.
