Boarding Information

At Zaine’s Stay & Play, boarding is designed to feel safe, personal, and comfortable — never overcrowded or overwhelming. Each dog receives individual care, supervised outdoor time, and a clean, cozy space to relax during their stay.

Boarding Pricing

$50 per night + tax

$5 discount per night for each additional dog

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your dog’s stay.

Remaining balance is due before or at drop-off.

Before Booking

For safety, we are not able to accept dogs with severe separation anxiety, aggressive behavior, or dogs who are unable to settle safely in a boarding environment.

We carefully supervise dogs and manage each stay based on the dog’s comfort level, temperament, and needs. If your dog does not socialize well with other dogs, please let us know in advance so we can plan their playtime and attention appropriately.

Honest information helps us keep every dog safe. If important health or behavior information is withheld, the owner or emergency contact may be required to pick up the dog, and the stay will still be charged in full.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are made through our pet portal

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your dog’s stay.

If plans change, we ask that cancellations be made at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellations within 3 days of the stay will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due at drop-off.

Required for Boarding

All dogs must have current proof of vaccines before boarding. Proof of vaccination is required before drop-off.

What to Bring

  • Any medications with clear instructions

  • Blankets, toys, or comfort items your dog can safely be left alone with

During Your Dog’s Stay

Our primary method of communication is through our pet portal.

Updates are posted each evening, and you are always welcome to reach out if you’d like additional updates or have any questions during your dog’s stay.

Your dog’s safety is our top priority.

Our boarding area includes:

  • Wi-Fi cameras with motion detection, night vision, and audio

  • Wi-Fi smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Supervised care and play breaks

  • CPR & Pet Safety trained caregivers
